Will you deliver to my hotel / guesthouse ?

Yes, but there is a charge and we would rather you collected from our depot. It gives you more choice and we are conveniently situated in St Helier.

Will I need a deposit and how do I get it back?

Deposits are payable unless you pay with a credit card which guaranties the deposit. Deposits are returned at the completion of hire subject to returning the bike(s) in good condition - see our Conditions of Hire for more information.

Will I need a lock?

Combination locks are provided so you won't lose the key.

Do you do group discounts and guided tours?

Both are available - groups over 10 only. Please contact us for details.

Can we take the bikes to Sark or France?

Yes, but make sure you have insurance cover.

Am I insured if I have an accident?

We feel it is prudent for you to take out accident insurance before your holiday. Check your insurance policy or ask your broker for details.

Is it a legal requirement to wear a helmet whilst cycling?

Not at the moment, but if you usually wear a helmet either bring it with you or buy a new one from us at only £10!
